The space-saving exhaust sytem for Trotec laser machines
The Atmos Compact exhaust system forms a single unit with the laser machine and is therefore a great space saver. It is mounted directly underneath the laser and acts at the same time as the support frame. It filters particles and odors and, the same as the stand-alone units, can be controlled from the screen.

Automatic power control: Thanks to the flow control technology, the exhaust rate is adjusted fully automatically depending on the saturation of the filter. You can therefore be sure that gas and dust are optimally extracted at all times. Bi-directional control: Atmos exhaust systems can be controlled conveniently from the screen. They are started automatically when starting the engraving process and stop as soon as the engraving job is complete. At the same time, you will receive feedback on turbine activity and filter saturation directly in the Trotec JobControl® Software. Brushless turbines: Atmos exhaust systems are equipped with brushless continuous flow turbines. They are completely maintenance-free. Cleaning set: Assists with the cleaning of the interior of the laser and of the workpieces. The cleaning set can be connected at the rear of the Atmos exhaust system next to the exhaust pipe. Digital control panel: The control panel is easily accessible. It is operated via the membrane keypad incl. digital display of filter saturation, air flow, operating hours, or speed range. Energy-saving mode: The Trotec JobControl® software can be used to set the running time of the turbines before and after completing the engraving process. The exhaust power is thus adjusted reliably and saves valuable energy and money by automated switch-on times. Replacement filter: The particle filter can very easily be replaced if necessary. Open the front cover, remove the filter and insert the new filter. |
